After 26 years of print circulation, the Coober Pedy Regional Times has jumped into cyberspace. In addition to the statewide distribution and online free download of the fortnightly newspaper, CPRT are now up and blogging their unique blend of homegrown stories and edgy news across the region.     Thanks for the compliment. It’s pretty hard work eh?
    It’s looking good over here. Plenty of action. We had a nice
    wedding here a couple of days ago. Met up with Theresa and Joy from the post office at L/C. Huge family connection.

    Fantastic news about the discovery of the “reef”. Guess the place will be buzzing now. Pretty neat when you look at the history of the Flinders. No wonder they fight so hard to keep it beautiful. Guess we can see it is all worth it now. A whole new
    focus coming up.

    Oodnaminta! It’s like a cross between Oodnadatta and Mintabie. Guess we all enjoy the pre-history of the outback. It makes our few hundred years here seem like a spec in time.
