  2. Beautiful they may be, but just another attraction for the already overzealous flies. I believe a rule was made years ago that there was to be no livestock kept within the town area, however it seems like everyone has conveniently forgotten about it!

  3. Oh, maybe we could bottle the flies and market them as
genuine Copley souvenirs…. Imagine, each house hold collecting
and bottling them in very attractively labeled jars.
    How unique!!
Ohh, could be on to something here – Geotourism here we come.

  4. am I mistaken?
or does the pack saddle have a corral with horse?
what’s good for the western boss…..
we are a country town, are we not? or am I mis-taken?

  5. Three of the little darlings got loose from Bookley’s paddock yesterday, and of course they headed straight for town and their friends and family behind the fence…but…ooopppps….wandered along Murray Street first, attracting the wrath of some people as they nibbled on vegetation along the way. Of course, they left a gift of poo for the garden, so there was some benefit.
This morning, it was an emu, which was doing the nibbling. I love Copley!!!!!
